The clinic is a short walk from Parsons Green tube station. Assessments are held approximately once a month on a Thursday.

The assessment are held at Until Wellness Centre which a short walk from Tottenham Court Road Underground Stations in central London. They are held on either Wednesdays or Thursdays once a month and appointments run up to 7pm. Please note the cost of the assessment at this location is £260 (the cost of therapy is the same).

☀️ Your Assessment
Your assessment is carried out in two parts to ensure we gather a full picture of your function and goals:
1. Zoom Evaluation
A short online session to gather background information and understand your concerns.
2. In‑Person Assessment
During your visit, we assess:

Breathing function

Tongue mobility

TMJ function
-
Swallowing patterns
-
Posture and movement
Measurements and photographs are taken to help track progress. You will then be given an indication of how many sessions may be required, depending on your goals.
Therapy Sessions & Continuity of Care
To ensure you have continuity of care, your therapy sessions are planned in the diary before your assessment takes place. This allows us to secure regular appointments for you and maintain the consistency needed for progress.
In the initial phase of therapy, 6 to 8 sessions are typically required. After this, depending on your functional progress, additional sessions may be recommended — these are usually spaced monthly.
Therapy sessions are held via Zoom, appointments are fortnightly, and exercises need to be done daily. Commitment and consistency are essential for meaningful change.
Please note that if you need to change a session time — especially for after‑school appointments — our flexibility is very limited. These times are in high demand, and alternative slots cannot always be guaranteed.
Children
We see children from around 5 years old, but it’s important to consider whether your child can commit to daily exercises — this is essential for successful outcomes. Therapy sessions run Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.

Adult Online Therapy Session Up to 40 minutes — £79 per session
Child Online Therapy Session Up to 25 minutes — £69 per session
Please note everything you need for therapy is included in the price. The only additional charge is for a Myomunchee Froggy mouth or Myospots if required.
