If you have a query about your order or if you believe an item to be faulty, please contact us, as soon as possible, at admn.inspirewell@gmail.com. To start the returns process, you must notify us within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please be aware, for hygiene reasons and due to health protection, we will not accept returns or give refunds for opened items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Items must be returned and received by us prior to any exchange or refund being issued. The customer is responsible for meeting the costs of any postage / carriage of return items.
