Nadia Mohamed
Dental Therapist with Oral Facial Myofunctional Training
About Nadia
Nadia’s journey into myofunctional therapy began with a growing awareness that the oral dysfunctions she observed daily were not only affecting her patients’ dentition, but also appearing in her own family members. This realisation sparked a deeper curiosity about how breathing, swallowing, and oral habits influence long‑term health and development.
As registered dental hygienist and therapist, Nadia completed her formal myofunctional training in 2024 with the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT). This training deepened her understanding of the vital connection between oral function, facial growth, airway health, and overall wellbeing.
Nadia has seen first hand how unresolved oral and facial muscle dysfunctions can contribute to challenges such as malocclusion, sleep‑disordered breathing and reduced quality of life. Her commitment to early intervention and evidence‑based therapy is driven by a desire to help individuals prevent these issues from becoming lifelong obstacles.
In March 2025, Nadia joined Inspirewell, where she brings a compassionate, education‑focused approach to care. She believes that true health is not achieved by treating symptoms alone, but by uncovering root causes and empowering individuals to take an active role in their wellness journey.
Her work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for each person’s unique story.
“I’m here to help guide you on your journey."
