About Louise

Louise comes from a management and administration background and is pivotal in the management and day to day running of Inspirewell.  She started working here in 2020 and after seeing the improvement in peoples breathing function and realising she also had some breathing issues (she is a regular at the gym), she decided to become a certified Buteyko Breathing Practitioner in her own right and teaches the Patrick McKeown Buteyko methods @breathe_clear_buteyko.
