Inspirewell was started in 2019 and we offer Buteyko Breathing Re-education, Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, TMJ therapy and Myofascial release.

There is growing evidence of the importance of good oral function and breathing, and it's exciting to be involved in this emerging field of health, together with other medical, dental and healthcare  professionals.

We are based in Stroud in Gloucestershire and have satellite clinics in Hove near Brighton, Brighouse near Leeds and in Exeter, Devon.  Therapy sessions are carried out via Zoom.   If you would like to know more about what we offer,  please contact us as we would be happy to chat.
