Inspirewell was started in 2019 and we offer Buteyko Breathing Re-education, Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, TMJ therapy and Myofascial release.   We see children from 5 years old and specialise in treating adults,

There is growing evidence of the importance of good oral function and breathing, and it's exciting to be involved in this emerging field of health, together with other medical, dental and healthcare  professionals.   We are pleased to offer mentoring and shadowing services to other professionals.
